Please follow the instructions located on the SEAS Lumerical wiki.

Also, please ensure that you are part of the seas group when logged into the cluster:
[jharvard@rclogin ~]$ id
uid=12345(jharvard) gid=99999(harvard_lab) groups=34540(cluster_users_2),34739(seas)

If you do not have seas group membership and belong to a SEAS lab, please fill out a RT Help Ticket to be added to the group. Please outline your SEAS affiliation (lab, group, class, etc.) when doing so to make it easier for us to vet your membership.
PLEASE NOTE: You must belong to SEAS (School of Engineering and Applied Sciences) to be a member of the seas group or use SEAS software resources. SEAS-owned resources are not available to users from other schools.
