Also, please ensure that you are part of the seas group when logged into the cluster:

PLEASE NOTE: You must belong to SEAS (School of Engineering and Applied Sciences) to be a member of the seas group or use SEAS software resources.

If you are sponsored by a faculty member listed on the SEAS Faculty page but do not have seas group membership please fill out a RT Help Ticket.
If this is for a course, please outline your SEAS affiliation (lab, group, class, etc.) or course when doing so to make it easier for us to vet your membership.
